Join the Sonoma County Cannabis Alliance on Thursday, June 27, 2024 from 6:00pm - 9:00pm for our monthly networking + social + educational mixer!
We will be returning to the beautiful Hessel Grange property (5400 Blank Road, Sebastopol) and having a potluck again, which was lots of fun last month. Please bring a dish to share if you can; we'll provide non-alcoholic beverages. There's also a full kitchen if you want to bring ingredients and cook something!
This month, our special guest will be Sweetleaf Joe! Sweetleaf Joe is the founder and director of the Sweetleaf Collective, California's oldest compassion non-profit. Sweetleaf helps low income terminally ill patients, veterans, BIPOC and the LGBTQ community access free medical cannabis. Since 1996, Sweetleaf has helped thousands of Californians access millions of dollars of free medical cannabis. Joe will be speaking about the importance of cannabis compassion programs, and why Assembly Bill 2555 should be passed to extend to allow these programs to continue operating.
